For singles who are recently divorced or widowed, we respectfully recommend a waiting period of at least 1 year following loss. We would be happy to serve you after that period. If you think that you qualify for an exception to the waiting period due to your unique circumstances, please reach out.
Yes. You can put your Matchmaking services on pause for up to 3 months at a time. Two pauses are permitted per service. If you enter into an exclusive relationship, your Matchmaking membership will be paused automatically.

Matchmaking services start at $15,000 and will range higher depending on specific circumstances and needs. The typical contract length is a year to 18 months.

Additionally, matchmaking clients must be willing and able to invest in recommended aesthetic or wardrobe improvements, as well as dates at appropriate venues.
We have a strict no-refund policy, due to the front-loaded nature of the work. If you’re familiar at all with real estate or executive recruiting, you’ll know that the early stages of any search require more intensive labor than the later stages.

Clients become educated throughout the process, enabling them to make better decisions, implement necessary changes, and attract better candidates.
