By purchasing, you agree to the following:
1. Cancellations/Rescheduling - We ask that you give notice of cancellation/rescheduling at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, via email. Appointments cancelled/rescheduled within 12 hours will be subject to a 50% fee, with exceptions for medical and other emergencies.
2. Confidentiality - We adhere to strict confidentiality of all information shared during sessions and other communications. If you are also a member of the singles pool, an exception applies to the following: 1) Non-sensitive information shared with matchmakers during the course of discussing a potential match, and 2) Non-sensitive information shared with other singles during the course of discussing a potential match. “Non-sensitive” refers to information that is generally considered biographical, such as likes/dislikes, family details, education, employment role, etc. Identifying information will not be revealed (i.e. - workplace, last name).
3. Payment/Refunds - Payment is due at time of booking. Single sessions may be fully refunded if written notice is given (via email) at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Refunds requested within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% fee. Package services are discounted because they are purchased together - if a refund is requested midway through a package service, used sessions will be billed against the balance at the standard fee of $200/session. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original method of payment, minus processing fees.
